Infoman

Now in its 11th season lnfoman is a popular weekly variety show mainly inspired by Montreal, Quebec and Canadian current events.

The Infoman series concept was developed by comedian-“journalist” Jean-René Dufort and variety-show creator Stéphane Laporte (based on his original idea). Hosted by Jean-René Dufort, lnfoman is one of Quebec’s only variety shows that approaches current events from a comedy point of view.

Each week Infoman presents viewers with its one-of-a-kind world perspective on some of the hottest topics through a variety of wildly entertaining “news reports.” With the help of partners-in-crime Chantal Lamarre and Dave Ouellette (a.k.a. McGilles), Jean-René “lnfoman” Dufort gets to the bottom of things that just don’t sit right with him. He also “profiles” political, cultural, sports and finance-world personalities with or without their cooperation.
