The fourth season of La Galère explores the twists, turns and hardships – such as illness, divorce, dropping out of school, blended families, early motherhood, total commitment and the dangers of the internet – faced by the show’s four leading ladies. But first and foremost it focuses on the strong bonds of friendship that will enable Steff, Claude, Mimi and Isa to make it through the hard times.

The La Galère website makes it easy for fans to stay connected to their favourite show in a variety of different ways. They can watch full episodes, read episode summaries, click through photo albums, get information on characters and find links to resources about sensitive topics covered in the show. Users can also listen to music heard throughout the series. A “Cosmo”-style quiz enables fans to find out which of La Galère’s four protagonists they most resemble. One thousand visitors had the privilege of previewing the show’s first episode a few days before its official broadcast and then taking part in a private chat session with the series’ writer and actresses.
